"Worst experience ever for buying my first home in Georgia!!! Customer service definitely is not the same across the board. Reply to the company’s response… The experience I speak of has absolutely nothing to do with the delays. Things happen! Its the lies, the speaking behind a customer’s back not realizing one person was in the office, its the whispering while two employees looked at me not acknowledging me then after their session of gossiping to say, what property are you here for. Its the final experience that was disappointing the signing of all documents. What should have been an amazing signing like I heard the customers before me have, it wasn’t. The signing was dry, the attorney’s dry congratulations and walk out the room with no handshake or picture with the key… again the experience was horrible. This is my 3rd closing within 2 years I know the excitement that goes behind buying a home. Your office putting a damper to an amazing moment. Regardless of the obstacles to get to the table amazing customer service stumps all that when a company or individual has that as a core value. Side note: your walls are thin and your employees body language speaks volume."

"I used this firm to close on my home at the end of October. All of the legal documents I signed at closing clearly meant nothing. They shorted me on funds that I signed in writing to receive because they didn’t fully dot their “i’s”and cross their “t’s”. I entrusted this company to handle this closing legally and effectively and they failed me and my family. Closing a home is a big deal, so anyone hopes that it is done correctly. In my case it was not! No communication at all from this firm on the errors. I had to do a lot of leg work and calling on my own. I tried to amicably resolve this matter. I spoke to a couple of people, but the rudest was Joe Okelly. You have an issue, don’t even bother trying to resolve. It’s like talking to a brick wall. Seek an Attorney immediately! He was very defensive, combative, and talked over me pretty much our entire call. They admitted to their wrong doings on every call with me and poor communication and service, but won’t right their wrong. I was only offered a gift card of an unknown amount. I want what I legally signed to receive! Mr. Okelly even informed me that the guy who did our closing (who was nice btw) is no longer with them because of these things. But yet, he has a problem with just fixing the small amount and would rather it now turn into a big amount. PLEASE DONT TRUST this firm with your closing! Btw we’ve closed on several homes and have NEVER had this issue!"
