"Complete incompetent idiot and a thief if you ask me. Not sure what all the hype was about Chic, but I guess that's how I found myself destroying my car through him. Took my Range to him, and after picking up my car it was obvious there was some serious issues. He first off all lost some of the parts like the engine cover, the gear box skipped and it was also filthy inside. I can go on, but I will elaborate more after I decide weather I will take him to small claims court. Lastly, his helper is a drunk and I think that's partly chics problem also. Hes constantly drinking beers."

"I was a customer of Chic's for over three decades. No more. In my experience, his attitude has become dyspeptic and his work dangerously shoddy. It took him months to finish my car, and months to fix my car again after his initial work proved shoddy. After taking delivery of my car the second time, I found on its maiden voyage that he improperly wired a gear reduction starter on my car, causing a fire within five blocks. After having my car fixed by a competent professional, I learned within 17 blocks that Chic had improperly installed my new clutch, which failed. Given that these are extremely easy things to install on an MG, I found his inexplicable. Chic also dropped my hood on my fender, leaving a significant dent. Chic claimed to me that he had a new customer with Rolls Royces to fix that kept him covered with work, which kept him from finishing my car for months on end. Guess he doesn't need commoners with MGs or customers of three decades standing anymore. I don't know what has happened to him or his shop and will do him the courtesy of not speculating - which is more of a courtesy that he could give me - but rest assured that he will never see me again."
