Unable to empathize with grieving family members who are genuinely trying to do the right thing in executing the will of a loved one. Always defensive and not willing to answers questions as though somehow questions challenge her authority. Yes her authority….You are treated as though you are working for her and not the other way around. Additionally often she really does not know what she is doing and gives incorrect advice and instruction. The best thing my family could have done after months of being bullied and threatened by this woman is to fire her and get a new more competent and compassionate attorney.
