"I thought I was the only one that experienced the attitude for the large woman that works there. The only reason I continue to go there is because of it's location from my home. She's nasty for know reason. I don't want to say it's a racial thing but.... it kinda feels that way."

"I only gave a 1 star so that I can leave a review but I went there on Sept 29th to get an emission done. There was a white woman there she wasn’t pleasant at all and sort of rude. She did the emission how ever but she was very short like she wanted us to hurry up and leave. I’m not sure what her problem was that day but I will never go there again. I hate to leave a bad review because everybody so far liked their business but I didn’t. Good customer service is very important! I don’t know what her problem was but if she was having a bad day she should have stayed her big behind at home!"
