"They truly only care about money and draining every dollar you have. I had a $250 consultation with one partner, was transferred to the other partner and had to re-explain everything and pay to speak with him on the phone. Three weeks later nothing had been done. I had checks that bounced from tenants I was trying to evict and they haven't called me back since Dec 5th. Checks that they told me not to deposit. When I came to them the tenants had already agreed to leave, I simply wanted someone to ensure that they didn't screw me over even more. I lost money from rent, had to pay bounced checked fees and spent thousands with King and Yaklin. Be careful because they will force you to call or email them to get information about your case just to bill out more hours. They do not follow up with you. Very disappointed with the lack of care and customer service."
