"This was worst experience ever they took most of the money Mr.Billy Collins who represents Haug Law Office bullied me into saying settle my case for 10,000.00 So they could keep the 2/3 % that they took from me then gave Gary Sharpiro 2300.00 I guess referral money i feel should have come from Haug Group not me of the 35,000.00 the Settle the case for so I got 10,600.00 out of 35,000.00 they bullied the Hell out of me what a shame. "My case still in disbelief I don't care what the good reviews say I wasn't treated well at this firm meaning I felt cheated! I want to express how I was not too satisfied with end result due to the fact that I paid for a medical bill which cost me a lost of some money that should have been in my pocket! The goal was to ensure that i didn't have to pay anything because nothing was not my fault and this firm and the attorney failed to pursue wasn't going to happen that way but it did ! My case went on about 3 years ! Now the attorney I had was not very consistent, and negative for most part , wasn't willing to take my case up another level a lack of communication was also a concern! I don't feel that this firm should be recommended or the attorney Mr Joyner especially when you have medical bills and a case that is bigger! To me there was no excuse for reason why it would take up to 3 years to resolve my case and what I found out just learning that my case was sat on for 2 years Within the two years since 2021 something else should have been done but wasn't! I mean everything said to me seem whether sounded like misleading! Of most of the time I was doing things on my own so which means that the attorney didn't seem to take my case too seriously! Just do little and still get 33% I My offer disbursedment was less than i expected when they say i would get more I was looking for a bigger disbursment! I wasn't garenteed it meaning it didn't make any sense to me to pay for any wrong doing ! And get less! I suggest for anybody that has a case to chose wisely and when starting to feel that you are not getting the service you want to leave and not stay because you may regret and Don't let whoever attempt you to STAY!" LEAVE! you have a right according to the limitations whether it is 2 or which how many years! Leave while you can and don't chose inexperienced attorneys !"

"My lawyer was Collin I cannot exaggerate every time I called him he was always available to speak to me or he got back to me within a day or so. He was also kind and concerned. The secretary whom I spoke with several times was often nice as well. My issues with my individual case lies with how the police handled it and how the insurance company did. I cannot say anything negative about this law firm or the lawyer that represented me. All I can say is everyone's situation and circumstances is different. "I am happy to share my honest review. Mr. William Joyner was my Attorney and honestly I felt as if he could have had more conversation with me, when I wanted him to. I finally realized that he gave me the information as he received it. I really thought that he was sitting on my case doing nothing, and I was wrong. Mr. Joyner was doing his job all the long. The judge awarded me one amount and Mr. Joyner called 3 months later, and I received it. I was truly in disbelief, until I received my check.
