"I've been here twice and they are super rude. I had a blow out on the freeway and i had my car towed there to be serviced. I called before having the car towed so that they were aware. I walk in and the guy is sitting on the couch. I'm not sure if he works there or is a customer. After hesitation since he didnt greet me, i say hello and kind of stare hoping he follows up with "how can i help you". I tell him i need a tire and he tells me that a new one is $160 and used is $70. I have a 2014 Cruze.. That is a super excessive cost for a used tire. But after the day i had being on the side of the freeway i had no other choice but to pay. I asked him if he could put air in my other tires and he told me that would cost me an additional $5! CASH! I was taken aback. First off i did not have cash on me just my card and two why charge me for air when im already paying you for a tire and you are already down there? You couldn't show any compassion to a customer. I told him to just forget the air and i paid and left. Use them as a last resort because they need to learn better customer service skills as they are lacking. Oh and if you are a black woman don't even give them the time of day! They have no respect for you and will definitely let it be known by their attitude and demeanor. Just look at how they are responding to any negative reviews on here. Totally unprofessional."

"I got here at 04:10. With a tire that's losing air. I went to the door, no answer. I knocked, no answer. I blow my horn several times, no answer. I waited and waited because maybe they were in the restroom or went to the store for coffee or something. NOTHING This place says 24 hours but isn't."

"Thought I'd check this place out. Pulled up and sat for about 10 mins before a man walked up, didn't say anything and nodded at me and proceeded to light his cigarette. I told him the issue and he still didn't say anything and he walked away and proceeded to sit down and smoke his cigarette. I only came for a tire plug and to check a slow leak, but I will not spend my money anywhere that lacks basic customer service and interaction. I'll just go to the Mexican shop where they're a little more pleasant. Needless to say, I left."

"WOULD LEAVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. I purchased a tire from them and less than 48 hours later it popped on the interstate. When i went to the tire shop to get it replaced they were VERY DISRESPECTFUL & refusing to change it or give me a new one. I hear they do that to all the women that come like this so if your a women PLEASE save the trip its upright disrespectful, sexist, and degrading. After about an hour of going back and fourth they finally changed the tire. Afterwards the man placed my spare on the ground and looked at me and said “ you can’t pick it up you dont want it “ as if he wanted me to place the spare back in my trunk like he’s not the reason its not where its supposed to be in the first place not to mention he also only laid the tire on the trunk and not where it was supposed to go but i let it go considering im done arguing with there people. Not to mention he acted all sassy and feminine and tried to be petty and Jacked my car ALL THE WAY in the air when he placed the tire on and let my car SLAM down on the ground so if i have any issues with anything near that tire they will be hearing from a lawyer. I then asked for a written invoice stating that I came here for the second time just incase it popped again they refused. Not to mention as im getting my tire replaced after arguing with them another car pulled up on a tow from buying a tire and it popping 24 to 48 hours later. THEY ALSO CHARGED ME $75 FOR THE BOTCHED TIRE. And they have already been informed that i would and I have contacted the better business bureau for them proving from multiple reviews and the lady that popped up while i was there to have consistently sold bad product and scam people, WOMAN out of their money. I NEVER write reviews but that is outrageous. Edit: Oh and not to mention they never put my air cap BACK on which only leaves me to assume they wanted the tire to go flat again. It was there before i went and i know for a fact because i seen it when the tire popped on the road side and after i left them it was nowhere to be found leaving air still leaking out my tire."

"So far, so good they were very polite and handed my issue promptly. I came from Fairburn all the way here. He guaranteed his work. They had a ton of customers, but it wasn't more than a 20-minute way. Coming back for a tire rotation and 2 new front tires. If there are any issues, I will come back and update this post."
