"What a joke. I go to office to pay my daughters bill because my daughter works 10 hour days and does not have bankers hours like the fancy lawyers and had a $500 discrepancy. I showed the staff what invoices I had and they refused to show me an invoice charging the $500 so I paid all but that. Then my daughter gets email to her and her Attorney saying that I was making a seen when clearly I wanted to get to the bottom of the bill. I went into her office twice to pay this bill. What Ms Sanderson doesn't know is I recorded myself both times."

"Catherine Sanderson was appointed Guardian Ad-Litum for my granddaughter when her father petitioned for custody. I believe she was recommended by the petitioners Attorney. Ms Sanderson never spoke to any of our witnesses. She also would not respond to emails or phone calls not even from our Attorney and there were many attempts to get in touch with her. Then out of the blue a signed document was emailed to my daughter 2 days before the final hearing - It said Ms Sanderson recommended the hearing be postponed for 6 months and all parties agreed. My daughter never agreed that was the first she heard of it and she has to take a day off work every time there is court so with that last minute no time to change it. To make matters worse she pays her Attorney monthly until case closes. So while everyone is sitting around doing nothing our Attorney is racking up payments. Ms Sanderson already had 4 months to work on this case I know cases get adjourned and postponed all the time but why 6 months. I’m thinking she is personal friends with the other side. I do know I will never hire her for anything she is not doing her job and even though she was appointed we had to pay her Catherine Sanderson is just a money grubbing attorney she charged my daughter an extra $500 my daughter disputed and we never heard back from her Sanderson filed a motion for Contempt against my daughter saying that she willfully is not paying her. She never responds to our email so how do we know she is reading the email she is charging us for. Last December she had our case adjourned for 6 months. Well we finally have a court date in October that is way more than 6 months. In the meantime her as the GAL and my daughters Attorney are bleeding my daughter dry. She is struggling to make ends meet. Sanderson is a poor excuse for a lawyer and a human being"

"Let me start off by saying, Catherine is the exact attorney you want in your corner if you are divorcing a narcissist. She is also an example of tough love. She will sugar coat *nothing* which is what you need during a divorce. She charges an amount that is well worth it for the knowledge and experience she offers. If I hadn’t had Catherine, my ex would have totally taken advantage of me. Understand that Catherine is a busy person and also respects the fact that she charges a higher amount than most attorneys, she will not respond to every single emotional email you send. So again TRUST her, she will not respond to every single email - looking back that was in my billing favor haha! She will listen to you, but understand she has done this for a hot minute - she is trustworthy. She also worked with me on my bill after I explained my situation. But keep in mind, you WILL have to pay your entire invoice at the end. They do send detailed invoices, pay attention to them (side note unrelated to Catherine). Her paralegal, Lauren, another total gem. I wore her out with endless emails. Even if she was unsure of the answer, she would respond back and let me know her plan of action to get me an answer. All in all - Catherine, Lauren and her entire team stood up for me when I couldn’t stand up for myself. I had several battles initiated with me throughout the process and Catherine remained calm, while also showing her fighting side (professionally of course). She came to my defense consistently throughout. She was professional, realistic with me but courteous. She is worth every penny. Find the money somewhere. You’ll thank me later. I will definitely consult her and her team down the road if necessary."
