"Everything started off great with this firm. Mr. Shakhan was the who originally reached out to discuss my case. I paid my retainer and things seemed okay. I was reassured my case would be no problem. My problems came about halfway through the process. I began sending emails that never reached anybody and I would have to call to schedule a phone call just to discuss my concerns. My final hearing was back in May and since then I have not been able to get in contact with anyone. I have left several messages and sent many emails with no response. If you are looking for someone who cares, this may not be the place for you. Although I had a final hearing I thought I would at least get the courtesy of a response. I am very disappointed at how things are going, especially for the amount of money I have spent with this firm. At this point I would not recommend them to anybody. Edit: To add I have no reason to be dishonest in anyway. I have not received any emails or phone calls from the firs since September 1st. I’ve made numerous attempts to reach out. Out of pocket $12,000+ to be blatantly ignored. No one works for free but it should also be understandable that no one has that much money lying around as spare change. Yes, nice enough to allow me to be on a payment plan. My issues is being ignored. There are no receipts of the claims above. This is the only response I have gotten from anybody and I had to publicly post on google’s platform. All I am asking is for a follow up if there was a revised final order so that I will not be in contempt. Very, very unprofessional and tasteless."
