"Bridgett Bray fought tirelessly for my defense and got my 5 charges reduced to 2. Women, if you feel you've been treated unfairly by police or lawyers for being "emotional", Bray is for you. Where the police saw me as "intoxicated", she saw me for the anxiety ridden person I am & fought to see I was not charged unjustly. I cannot recommend her enough!! 1000/5 stars"
"She is the best! I had a traffic accident and I was scared to pay high amounts because I was the at fault driver but she has helped me to take it off from my drivers history, no court insurance notification, and no points! I did not have to attend any court and I will only need to take defensive course and pay 153$ to the County. Thank you!"
"Bridgett is the best! She is a very understanding and passionate attorney. You won’t be able to find a better attorney!"
"We were matched with this attorney to fight a failure to yield ticket in Georgia. After we provided the accident information and receive initial acceptance on 9/13/2023, we did not hear back from the attorney until 9/25/2023 to let us know that the case had been reset. We sent additional information on 9/22 with no response. On 10/23 I requested an update since it had been almost 30 days with no communication. On 11/2 I followed up with OTR to help get a response from my attorney. That same day I received notice that my case had been reset again. On 11/3 I notified the attorney of a civil suit and requested if we could use this to get this ticket dismissed (As per my civil suit attorney). On 11/12 I received a response and a plea deal to plea guilt, pay the original fine of $371, and pay to take a $95 driving course. The "reduction" would be no points on my license. I was never communicated with and had I known that the lawyer's intent was to arrange a guilty plea vs attempt to get the case dismissed, I never would have used the service. I have now paid $265 to a lawyer I will receive no benefit from because Off The Record does not require that the lawyers communicate with you at all. I would advise you speak with a local lawyer with good reviews before you consider off the record. Respond to the response: You asked who was suing at the same time you presented the plea. So I did not have time to respond before I dropped you. Also a conversation about the accident to discuss details and plan should be a MINIMUM expectation."
"Ticket occurred February of 2023. Paid for the advised traffic / defensive driving course just for insurance to reject it. Ended up paying the regular price Jefferson County originally went greedy for. Updates to the case were rather vague, often clueless on how everything went. Kind of was hoping for better results for someone that was "familiar" with that particular county."
