"Do not rent from this company! They are scammers that gave me an UNLIVABLE unit. The unit had severely water damaged flooring with holes in it. I refused to move in and they have yet to give me back my deposit. Editing due to response from Ventura. I did not view the unit before signing. Upon seeing the unit, I informed that I would not be taking control of the unit. You can clearly see in the photos attached that the flooring was damaged upon "move-in"."
