"Terrible communication. Everything was done last minute. We found out on Friday at 4:30pm that we had to be in court on Monday at 8am. When he had the court date for weeks just didn’t tell us. He was late to court more than once with no heads up. When we asked for advice or help in some decisions we had to make he gave zero advice and left the ball totally in our court which we don’t know anything about the legal system so we were blindly going through everything. Even in court he didn’t prepare before hand and ask names of witnesses or anything. He even called me by the wrong name in court. The whole experience was just terrible. Anytime we would call, it was talking to the secretary and then she would have to get back to us at some point with an answer. The whole experience was very frustrating and very unprofessional. When you’re dealing with someone’s life you don’t mess around. It was like he didn’t take anything seriously."
