"Outrageous fees. Finnie Plumbing charged me $50.00 as a "travel" fee, then charged me 2 hours at $90.00 an hour ($180.00) for "traveling" to Dawson from Beckley. The actually Plumbing work time was: 15 minutes; charged me for an entire hour at $90.00 hr. Total bill was $322.00 for 15 minutes of tightening a PVC nut on a bathtub. Scammers beware! Do not recommend."

"Had them come over for an estimate to replace a tub. Started calling them a month later to find out when they were going to start and they never returned the calls. A month after that, someone actually answered the phone and said they would look into it. Several weeks later, STILL nothing. If you're going to make an agreement to do a job, at least let the customer know a starting date instead of letting them sit around knowing nothing!"

"My mom was in a tough situation, there was a gas leak that had to be found in the house or outside. So the gas company shut of the gas to her non electric house. So she was without heat amd hot water for nearly a month before Finnies were able to squeeze us into their already busy schedule. After hearing my mom was with working gas for about a month their timing was impeccable. Great manners and very professional. God bless them and their business I'm grateful."
