My friend saw advertising by Academy Properties helping out with evictions!! My husband made a call and Gary Lee made it happen!! It took time so be patient (learned new breathing techniques from Gary also to stay calm jk) but he was super professional. From the beginning all of the way through court proceedings which he attended with us and gave us great informative information and continued to be there and help hire 8 guys for the set out. "Gary Lee is terrible and very unprofessional! He is a slumlord and needs to be reported. My mother has been living in his house for years and the conditions of the house are declining. The house is deteriorating, the air condition isn’t working, and many more horrible conditions. When I expressed my concerns he had the audacity to hang up on me! He’s a mess! Do not rent anything from him!"
