"Anita worked very hard to get us some vetted tenants in our Atlanta rental house. Note to self, take her advice on the requested rent, we probably lost some time asking a higher rent than she initially recommended. We found her to be professional, and was able to answer tricky questions regarding the security deposit rules and whether the upfront money could be made non-refundable if the applicants did not occupy. Unlike a previous experience when a different broker accepted a personal check that immediately bounced after the tenant occupied, Anita made sure all funds from the applicant were in the form of cashier check or verified funds.
