"I’ve I could give it zero stars I would. Everything that has gone wrong has happened here and still expected to pay rent as usual. Can never get a call or get thru anyone with this company. My apt has been roach infested since July 2023, cannot even have a single thing on the counters or you wake up to bugs, mold smelling causing my son to have nose bleeds, dryer breaks every month-they then ordered the wrong dryer after sending 2ppl to inspect the old dryer, then it was an electric issue. Apt was never freshly painted, cabinets are old, nothing matches, like a 4yrs painted the stain on it, nothing was done moving in and that should’ve been a sign looking at it. I have a son I’ve had to deal with all of these problems on my own when I’m renting."

"By far the worst company. This company has given me the run around for 3 months on a commission I was promised when assisting my client to rent one of their properties. Every time I call to inquiry about the protocol to receive the commission, I have been given different instructions. I have spoke with Cathy several times and she says one thing on the phone and then blandly ignores emails. I am reporting this company to the BBB. Realtors, I strongly suggest you do not use this company when assisting renters."

"I'm a new tenant of a property that Georgia PMI manages and I am extremely amazed with the professionalism and courteousness of their team. First and foremost, Ms. Cathy Strickland has been a blessing to deal with. She is diligent and very thorough. Ms. Cathy took care of us throughout the entire application process and made sure that all of our questions were answered. Secondly, when it comes to timeliness and prompt service this company is impressive. Right after we moved in, we submitted a few work orders for some items that needed attention. Ms. Carol Campbell quickly responded, gave us some troubleshooting tips, and scheduled technicians to repair everything. Ms. Carol had everything fixed in less than one week!! We are so glad that we found this property and that Georgia PMI has a great team who take care of us. Thank you Ms. Cathy and Ms. Carol for everything!!!!"

"I’ve been apart of the PMI family for about 6 years. I’ve loved it ever since I got here. Maintenance request get fulfilled promptly. Questions are always answered. And staff is usually nice and friendly. But a special shout out to Ms.Cathy… she holds such a special place in my heart. She’s def the glue that holds this place together. "I have always had a bad experience with rental companies but this one is definitely different. Cathy is super helpful and walked me through the whole process. I am very impressed with the house, they remodeled it like I would do with my own house. Clean, quiet neighborhood, fair price. No runaround with money and fees. Super thankful and impressed, and very happy in my home!"
