"Will not return calls and is never in the office. Charged a lot of money to send a demand letter and never attempted to see if it was received. Was not able to follow up as he suggested we do after the letter. Still have not heard back almost a year has pasted. This guy is either to busy to be bothered with his clients or he just incapable of running his firm. $500 I did not have was wasted because I hired someone who did not care to retrieve money another swindled us out of. AVOID!"

"I talked to Nate in 2/2020 because I had contempt filed against me within weeks of having a baby and I had no income at the time. We set up a payment plan and I was able to pay him, as per our contract. I kept constant communication. I got notice from the other party in 1/2021 that Nate was not responding. Nate lacked in responses anyway, so I reached out to others I knew, and Nate, and finally got a response but decided to fire Nate, as it had almost been a full year and I STILL hadn't received a statement. I retained another attorney in 1/2021 and informed Nate I wanted a full itemized bill AND a refund from my retainer. It is now 3/19/2021 and I've sent multiple emails and left multiple messages with Ann, his receptionist. She doesn't even have access to where the money goes to send me a receipt. I feel he prayed on my situation and took advantage of the fact that I desperately wanted an attorney and would do any kind of payment plan. I waited two months for a refund. Anything. DON'T USE HIM. I believe he is immoral and unethical."

"Truly disappointed in this firm. I made an appointment through their online scheduler for 3 pm. When I arrived, nobody was there. An admin person showed up 15 min later & said they did not have me on the schedule. I showed her my confirmation. She then said Nate would not be in that day. I asked if she could reach him by phone. She did and I was able to speak with him. He was very nice, apologetic and discussed my situation. He asked that I leave copies of what I brought. When I had not heard back by the end of the week, I sent Judi, the admin person, an email asking if Nate had been able to review the paperwork I left. I did not email Nate directly because Judi had given me her email and said it was best to go through her. When Judi didn't respond after a few days, I called and left a message with the same question. It has now been 10 days and still no response. If they were not interested in my case, that's fine but common courtesy and good business practices require a simple email or short note so I don't waste 10 valuable days when I could have reached out to someone else. I have 0 tolerance for rude..."
