"Attended a closing with one of their attorneys. Worst experience we've had in a professional business transaction. She was very unpleasant, direct, and condescending. She seemed to be bothered by a simple question and would not maintain eye contact at any time during the process. When finished, she packed up the documents, gave us our copies, and said, "Have a good day," leaving us in the office to find our own way out to the front exit. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. To management, give her a course in professional business conduct and customer service."

We arrived to what I knew would be a tough closing due to some details of multiple owners and personal property. On arrival we were greated at the door. The waiting are was nice with a conformable seating. They had plenty of snacks and drinks at your disposal. Once we arrived to the conference room we stared the closing process and they figured it out with 0 problems. The office staff and legal team was fantastic all around. Thank you all."
