"Wow, thank you to the Advance Auto Team in Sylvester! Specifically Hunter and Five Eights (5/8's). Went in to have my battery and alternator on my Saturn van checked and indeed needed a new battery. Not only did Hunter tell me my options but sold and installed my battery with a great attitude. Long story short it gave us a time but she kept a friendly smile brought in reinforcements (5/8's) and got my battery installed. Great Customer Service and I won't shop anywhere else now. Happy customer for life! Update: My how things have changed. Went back to the same store almost 2 years later having issues with that very battery and 180 degrees on the service level. Was told at a single glance that they wouldn’t take the battery out that was my responsibility?!? Can I just tell you the 100% WHOLE reason that I even buy batteries there is because of the great service I got from 5/8’s and Hunter. I understand 5/8’s doesn’t work there anymore and not sure about Hunter but what changed? Your employee says it management. Sad to hear. Sounds like I’ll handle the service on this one and get my replacement battery, I hope, and then will see which battery place still has customer service. Updated Update: The new manager and regional manager reached out to me about this and were quick to get this fixed. There policy is to take care of the customer and true to their word the new manager Cole did just that! Very polite and professional just as one would expect. Cole you have restored my faith in Advance Auto Parts! Thank you!"
