"This location is awful! Staff is rude. Infested with bugs. I can't make any emergency phone calls. I've paid $600 for two nights and I can't get a good night's rest bc the staff wakes me up too early. I asked to speak to the owner J, but they said he was unavailable. I want a full refund plus my $50 deposit back."

"It is a very nice hotel, but the real draw is the staff. Nicest people I have encountered in a long time. From the owner behind the desk to the woman who brought towels. Every time I had an encounter with staff, it was surpurb. They went out of the way to help me directly twice. They would have done it again. I am sure of it. Great value and clean hotel"

"Honestly, I’d round up to 3 to give them a shot to please make simple fixes so that it’s a solid basic comfortable stay for folks traveling the area. Here are my notes: - The top blanket that they use has to go it just feels dirty, I immediately removed it. - The sheets are ill fitting, they come off if you move a lot while sleeping (which makes me worry for the mattress) - The couch is all-fabric, which for a hotel is a big no no because you can’t clean that - There were some ants in the room, not terrible but notable - Cleanliness was a 2 out of 5 stars; I had to request that they come to wipe down counters I hope the hotel makes fixes around the property because it will never get above a 3 stars google review average otherwise :)"

"I really hate to even give this place any stars. From the moment I drove onto this property I had a negative feeling. There was a metal train car there that was used as storage(understandable considering the remodel), the signs that light up were not hung and it felt sketchy. We decided to go ahead and stay and once we checked in…let me tell you! It was bad. We went in the room and it wasn’t exactly dirty but there was a lot of dust. I always check beds before getting comfy….I have a massive dislike for bedbugs. The sheets and comfort are white so they show everything. I saw some pieces of saw dust, and remnants of bugs. Brushed them off and dismissed it then once I changed and started to get comfy I moved my pillow and saw a reddish looking bug. And moved the other pillow and saw a second one. Looked them up and sure enough they were bedbugs. So we gathered our things and quickly went to the office. I was given a refund with no questions asked. Make sure you check your room before settling I !!"
