"I called parts and spoke with Brad chattnom for a part. He advised he only had one in stock but I needed 2. I asked if I could have the part number to find the other one somewhere else he told me he wasn’t going to give me the part number they can have another one tomorrow. I advise him I needed to part today and he still refused to give me the part number. He was a rude and unprofessional. I would never shop there again."

"Bad experience here hopefully it was just the wrong person who answered the phone but I asked for the status on a part being ordered from them to see if he could tell me if it shipped out yet he said he don't know I gotta ask the shop that ordered it . Wow that's a little crazy to me . Why can't you see what leaves your inventory ? But blessings to them lol."

"Sent a truck one time they kept it a week to say they couldn’t fix it.. still charged $325. tried again on another truck thinking mayne that was just a bad day. $1928 and didn’t fix anything… I said I wouldn’t next time, but I will never go back"

I would travel the extra mile to get here needing another service. We run freight and are in a different city and state each day, we had some Issues with our Allison Trans, repaired and working like it use to in a matter of 2.5 hrs. Thank you great work!"
