"Awhile back I sent my wife by to get her battery tested. She said the associate growled and grunted at her and she seemed to be a bother to him. He didn't even say hello or bother to offer her a new battery. Worst customer service we've had in a looong while. She called me and told me about it immediately, so I had to go meet her and I took the vehicle to another O'Reilly Auto Parts in another town to get a battery. I called the store to tell them about her experience and another associate answered, who was apologetic, which I appreciated. But, this associates stinkin' attitude didn't get our service and they lost an opportunity to change our battery or any future option of serving us. Treat my wife wrong and you won't get my business later. Period! Won't return here. Will go out of my way to go somewhere else if I need to pass by here again."
