"Horrible service. Received. I had my seats replaced. It took a long time ,I wasn't notified about the time frame and when the seats were put in they were dirty also you can hear dirt in the track when you move the seats. I am very unhappy about the service provided. There was damage done also when my seats were taken out. Thanks to Capital Eurocars"

"I had seats reupholstered by Key's, one in Nov 2019 and a second April of 2020. For the second seat I gave them an additional original seat to use as a point of reference so the padding height would be correct. It's been over a year and they still haven't returned my original seat even after contacting them a couple of times and them saying they would bring it back the following week. What's even more frustrating is they supposedly are in Tallahassee 2-3 a week so there really is no excuse. The last text I sent went unanswered. Very unprofessional on their part."
