"I ordered a pizza and 2 orders of wings. The app said out for delivery around a half hour before the driver texted that he had my food. He was here soon after, but only had my pizza, not the wings, and the pizza was cold. When I called, the "young lady" that answered said they were busy and didn't have time for me. Call back later." I called back an hour later and requested a manager. I was placed on hold for close to 30 minutes before I gave up without ever speaking to anyone else. I always thought well of Pizza Hut, in part because they gave me my first job 36 years ago, and I loved the environment and the people I worked with. We were all dedicated to the idea of customer service. I guess the concept of customer service no longer exists. Edit: I decided to give them another try, even though I got no resolution for the above situation. Now it seems my account has been blocked from making delivery orders. Hmmmm."
"They’re a Pizza Hut, alright - but you’ve not got great odds of getting your food (or any employees to acknowledge your existence) in a reasonable amount of time. They do make quality food, and it’s arguably some of the best builds in Jacksonville, but the service leaves a lot to be desired."
"This location is on the money with the food every time. We just get pizzas and bread sticks nothing else. Trust me it's really easy to not cook a pizza right but haven't had issues from this location. This is our go to on pizza night. I have not gotten a good delivery from any place in my area so it's always pickup in person. The waiting area leaves much to be desired. Just a walk in with no place to sit except your car if you're early for your food. There is no option to eat in guess most pizza places are like that anymore. Reminds me more of a vault sparsely decorated than a pizza place. The pizza is always hot and yummy especially for my picky eaters."
"To the Pizza Hut on main, I have never stolen anything a day in my life. The experience I had tonight was traumatizing. Someone stole my DELIVERY ORDER. They came, picked it up, and walked out. I was accused of walking in the store and hadn’t even left my space. The guy asked me how they knew my name, as if they don’t display names on a board for orders IN the store. I felt humiliated and disgusted, mind you, this is during a rain storm. Thank you to James and the young lady who helped me, I didn’t catch her name, but she was very sweet!"
"If I could give a 0 I would. Marylin and the store manager Franklin was extremely rude especially when the order was incorrect. I placed a order online through the website and not doordash. I had breadsticks missing and instead of beef on the pizza it was pork. The manager asked how do I know it’s pork? I’m like because it’s not beef. He said bring the pizza up to the store and he will have a fresh one ready with the missing breadsticks. I said I am 8 months pregnant and it’s late. He said I had to bring the pizza which I literally took a bite out of. I went up there brought the pizza back and Marylyn was so rude. The pizza wasn’t ready nor the breadsticks and i wasn’t about to wait any longer so I asked for a refund. Frank never came to the front to apologize for the missing item or the incorrect pizza. He was rude and heard him in the back say did she bring the pizza. I spent over 43 dollars on my order and received the wrong order plus horrible customer service. They both could have handled the situation better and need to be coached on how to talk to paying customers. Please do not waste your time or money on this location! Your order will be wrong and service is horrible. The pizza didn’t even look good. I attached a photo below and also called corporate to file a complaint. This is not how your treat people who pay you for a service. I ordered online and ordered delivery for a reason! And to have to come up to the location at 1030pm was ridiculous and they didn’t even have the order corrected as stated over the phone. Wasted my time and money."
