"Very unorganized store isle's everything misplaced. Bathroom very nasty dead bugs everywhere toilet lid falling off no soap or towels. Cashier not friendly at all."

"Had to wait on the cashier at the register and when no one come up there I started looking for someone that worked there. Finally when I got back to the register after finding no one he was ringing up a customer. So after having to search for him then I get up there and he's ringing someone up. Then I went back to get something else ,me and three other people had to wait in line for him to come back up to check us out. We had to stand there , it seemed like forever before he come back out from the back office. He was real polite and nice butt he needs to be more aware of who is in his store. People should not have to look for him to be checked out. And should not have to wait at the register for more than a minute."

"This is my home store it's always been my favorite place to shop but since the new employees I'd rather drive an extra 7 miles to the next town. A couple weeks ago my cousin bought a pack of cigs that they never put in the bag and today the cashier did a separate transaction for some odd reason for butter and a prepaid card I was purchasing so I gave her $47 dollars to put on my prepaid card for a payment and she loaded only loaded $22 of it to the card. It's the same girl everytime. CHECK YOUR CHANGE AND RECIEPTS CAUSE SHES A CON ARTIST!!!"

"Never fails, when I walk in and need assistance, its provided without hesitation by this staff. Whoever this store manager they got running the store now is light years ahead of the store managers ive seen in and out of this store. She has the 'want' to help out Customers and doesn't mind going out of her way to help. I pray this store keeps this lady (Frances I believe is her name), because in the past I have seen some rather atrocious Customer Service when coming to this store, until now."

"Manager wants employee's to work off the clock, during their lunch breaks . She doesn't schedule people to work with each other, so they can take breaks. Bad leadership! Dollar general needs to screen management material. This store doesn't have a real manager that knows anything about being a manager!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You know who you are!!!!!!! Because you have done it before. Currently employed 12/06/18. That way people know to stay away From this job while this person is still managing the store....."
