John was very communicative and made sure I was well informed without being pushy about my service. He was prompt when scheduling my appointment and arrived right on time. He was quick but very thorough, which I appreciated. I am very happy with my service so far!"
"Edited to add that I gave them another chance based on the manager reaching out and coming back to do the service. However, it happened again the next service date - no call, no indication they were here at all and just an invoice. I was here and readily available and can assure you nobody actually showed up. This company's ethics are questionable. Cancelling this service due to lack of communication and actual service. No advanced notice they were coming on a Saturday and so I was not available. They did not call, left no note or card that they'd been ther and claim to have done an exterior treatment, but charged me full price. Very unprofessional and frustrating. Called to discuss and no response from management."

I would recommend Dodson for all your exterminator needs and specifically Jacob for his professionalism and personality. Very pleased with Jacob and the service he gave us."
