"I simply had a PDF file for a flyer I needed printed. The file was printed and my phone number was cut off, in half, on the bottom of the page? I was charged for the copies. I went several miles down the road to the next UPS store and the staff member there told me that I should not have been charged. She showed me that there was a box to check “fit to page” that should have been clicked to center the flyer. I called the store back and was told that I would have to wait two days for that same employee to be back to issue a refund? I would never intentionally damage someone’s business or reputation, but that is wrong. I will not continue to do business with this location."

"The old ladies worker has bad attitude. I was drop off package with Labor already paid for it. I told her. I do not need a receive. She still said hmmm ...I am not sure your box logo qualify. I am waiting for her. instead she check it and tell me yes or no. She stopped and chit chat with her co worker none sense. Service suppose to be fast in and out. So rude with an attitude. Your priority is not customer."

"I’ve been using this location for almost Three years now. Owner couples are very nice and all the staffs are well trained. Highly recommend this UPS location."

"This place lacks customer service. The older lady who works there is nice. However, her son, I’m assuming, is a whole different story. I went there today to drop off a return. I’m very friendly and greeted him with a robust “Hello!!” He just glared at me like he was angry at the world. Then, after he processed my return and handed me the tracking slip, I said, “Thank you!” Absolutely ZERO response…just a “get outta here” look. I’ll be using another location from now on, no matter how inconvenient it may be. STEER CLEAR!!!"

"Terrible customer service. As soon as you walk in, before you can mention what your nature of business the guy behind the desk throws prices at you. It almost seems like a tactic to for short customer interaction. I don’t get a good feeling in this ups store. There’s a much better UPS store not 5 mins away on Spount Springs Road. Go there! I would only go here if you want to drop off a package and to not even look at the guy behind the desk. Horrendous Service!"
