"You had the bike for over a month and I have called you 10 time during your listed hours and days trying to set up a time and place to get the bike back. I have even driven to your shop with a trailer twice on listed times and days of you being open and waited for an hour. I still couldn't get it back because you weren't open even though your site says you would be. Now you want to be a little ##### because I did an honest review lol good business practices. I do like the first name should have been Christie part that's pretty funny"
"He sold me a beautiful low mileage bike two years ago with no problems what so ever looking forward to doing business with him again."
"I was out of state on a BMW bike with a flat tire. One call and my bike was towed to the shop and 2 new new tires were put on after hours! Couldn't have asked for better service."
"Best used car lot in Southwest, GA. JP wont sell u a clunker just to get your money. He is a all around honest and nice guy."
"Well, so far they have been working on my bike for YEARS with no evident results!! I was out in Colorado, my parents knew Justin, and they took my late 70's model Kawasaki in for me as a "surprise" for when I came back home to visit. That was almost four years ago. After multiple phone calls from my parents, and now that I am back in Florida, from me as well; I still don't have my bike back. We have a ton of excuses about why, but no word on the bike. I am going up next week to get it back and take it to a real mechanic whether it is ready or not. Anyone who says this is a good shop either works there, or has had an ENTIRELY different experience than what I have had. We have had nearly unlimited patience with these people, and in return we can't even get the courtesy of a phone call to let us know what is going on. ************ Update - got bike back today. I was wrong about the amount of time - two and a half years, not four. Work had been done on the bike, they just could not find all of the necessary parts for some reason to finish. Had to trailer the bike home, but Justin did take all labor charges off for me - just charged for the parts. Wish this had turned out much better, but it could have been much worse I guess. ************ Update #2 - After doing a ten minute search on google, I have found all of the parts that "could not be found". I also found most of the parts that were put on the bike at nearly half the cost of what I paid - although I am sadly sure that is what they actually paid for them. The real kicker to that was that we had offered to pay for the parts as they came in, I had offered to help find the parts on line (my parents gave him my email address - asked him to just email me a list of parts), but we were told that it wouldn't be a problem."
