"Don't get your passport photo taken here. Not only is it more expensive than most other places, they didn't get the size right. When I went back they decided to debate me on the requirements instead of offering a redo, which would have cost them absolutely nothing. Yes, it is 2" but the head from chin to top has to be within 25 - 35 mm, and this one was at least 40mm (and terribly off center). The passport application form even has an outline that showed the head being too big and my kid's ears likely getting cropped off. So after spending $24.77 with UPS I still had to spend another $18.31 to get it done right at the CVS. The CVS actually does a requirement check and provides a neat certificate. The UPS store just takes your money and gives you an over-priced photo that does not qualify as a Passport Photo."
