"Only saw the first part where you park under the bridge. We stopped there to walk the dogs before we got on the road. It had rained, so entrance to trail was muddy. The first impression is that this is not a good place to walk after a rain. There are no signs about restroom, picnic area, or a playground around the entrance."
"A pleasantly spacious and open park for picnics and recreational activities, with a serene slightly hidden walking trail. The trail stretches a good distance around the park for a nice power walk. As well as, having plenty of trees throughout the trail to keep you cool from the Florida sun!"
"I absolutely love this park. It's an absolute jewel in the middle of Tallahassee. Great for dogs, families, bike trails, picnics, sometimes there's a child driving a golf cart which is strange but funny. I moved to Tallahassee at the beginning of the pandemic and this park is five minutes from my house it's absolutely the place I've been to most aside from work. If you want to hike, run, or rest go here and explore! I'll miss this park so much!"
"The park itself starts with a large green area that is slightly uphill. I saw people with dogs mostly. My toddler, who loves to run, enjoyed the open areas but she was quickly bored as we had to walk uphill for a while. The park is nice, but I watch for dog poop. Dogs were all kept on leash and everyone has plenty of space."
"Really pleasant walk and hike spot that's uncrowded but easy to get to. No benches anywhere so might want to bring a towel or something to toss on ground for a rest. And a large bottle of water. Much of it open and hot last week when I did it. But side trails are nicely shady. Close to Govs Sq Mall and Publix - Panera on Blairstone."
