"I called in advance and set an appointment.I was low on antifreeze.Guy met me out front and checked out my refer, at which time required him to add some anti freeze to unit and him to climb a ladder to open compartment.Didnt take long before I was to be on my way after paying them,at which time they said,no charge!Yes this won't happen often anywhere but it happened.That told me these people care about what they do and how they do it.."
