"Our truck wouldn’t build air. They told us the air compressor was dumping oil into the air lines and contaminated the air system. Ed told us to just sell the truck and make it someone else’s problem. We authorized the air compressor and air dryer replacement but charged us $4800 which is way more than it should have been but didn’t have a choice. The truck broke down again in Augusta with the same problem so we had it towed to Winston Salem. Our mechanic reviewed the problem and found no oil in the air lines but the wet tank check valve failed which wasn’t allowing the air to build properly. Didn’t need an air compressor or air dryer! These guys were just looking to take advantage of a broke down truck that was out of town. Stay away!!!!"
"Your driver almost made us crash yesterday on the 75. He aggressively cut in front of us at 70+ mph, almost hitting us. We were traveling with our baby in the car, and his driving was completely irresponsible and uncalled for."
