"i found this place to be a joke. i went to return an Amazon package as i have done in the past. This time the clerk refused to scan my email bar code to print a label. he told me i would have to use their computer at a cost of $2 for 5 minutes use plus 15 cent per page for print. i paid the $2 but their computer would not connect me to the Amazon site. The clerk then told me to go to Staples to get the label printed. i did that. i just feel that this location was useless. they could have easily print the label as they have several times before. i was will to pay but they refused. Stay away from this place."
