"Took way over & hour to get our food. On the box said picked up at 4:20, didn’t get delivered till 5:08. The pizza was very cold by the time we got it. Never again!"

"Is it common practice to allow managers to have their unattended children coloring on the floor in the restaurant lobby during business hours? I witnessed this last week at this location. Wasn’t gonna say anything until the incompetent manager (Mike is the managers name, according to a good employee) decided to make me stand outside at the drive thru window waiting for an EXTREMELY OVERDUE order of 1 medium pizza instead of allowing me to wait in the lobby after another courteous employee unlocked the lobby door to make my wait more comfortable. Mike should be unceremoniously fired for being rude, excessively slow, & THE ONLY REASON i won’t order from this location again."

"Ordered twice from this location in a 2 week period. Both pickup orders, so no delivery involved. Both times the order took about 30-40 minutes in addition to the estimated time on UberEats. Also, both times the acting manager was a short white guy (a polite employee said his name is Mike) who is completely incompetent. Don’t expect customer service of any kind from Mike. He should be fired for using the restaurant lobby as a daycare for his 4 children (saw this last week when picking up my 1st order), but I understand that any employees (even terrible ones) are hard to keep these days. Regardless, I’ll never give this location another dime based on what I’ve seen from Mike. I suggest everyone steer clear until they find a manager who is able to act in a professional manner, bc Mike is one of the worst I’ve seen."

"I ordered contactless delivery. No one knocked or rang my doorbell. Found my pizza in front of my doorstep like it had been tossed there. The pizza was cold and dishevelled. Don't waste your time with this establishment. You are better off making your own pizza instead of ordering from this place. I feel foolish for not looking at the other reviews of this place. A store that is hot or miss and doesn't have consistent quality shows that it should not even be there."
