"Sent in my 2005 Lexus ES 330 to be repaired after it was hit by a truck in a parking lot. The aggressor of the accident was kind enough to leave his info and took full responsibility for the damages. Via Allstate, I found a “proffered” shop - this one. They did the body work on the car and was happy to charge top dollar for it to Allstate - but completely neglected and mechanical issues while leaving the outside absolutely hideous, as well. Would give them 0 stars if I could - have been walking to work for 3 months without a car and nobody seems to care at all. I hope this business fails, honestly."
