"If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! I'm a black woman, I go inside, there are 2 white people working and 1 customer. Neither worker acknowledged me at all. After the customer ahead of me walked out, I waited patiently for them to assist me almost 2 mins. FINALLY the guy ask what he could help me with. While he was scanning my PREPAID package, a white guy walked in, the white girl that could have help me, stopped what she was doing, greeted the white gentleman and asked how she should could help him. I then said, WHAT!!! Then said never mind, the guy helping me asked me was I upset that she didn't help me or say anything to me, I said YES!!! He then continued working. I dont know them to say that they are racist, but their actions and their rudeness said it loud and clear! I wont be doing business at this store EVER and suggest no black person patronize this UPS location EITHER!"

"Had an Amazon return. I walked in and was assisted by Colby. It took me longer to find my Amazon download photo then it took him to process. Outstanding. Will definitely use this location in future."

"yall need to realize that alot of people work from monday to friday 8-5. and when you are delivering a package that has to either be signed for or that can't be left in a mailbox for what ever reason, you may need to adjust the time of the delivery so that the CUSTOMER is not inconvenienced. especially if you pick up point is only open for 2 hours. this service is pathetic and anyone who set this up should be fired on the spot"
