"One minute you are being charged one price then the next time you take that same trip its a different price. Id rather pay the meter price than to trust dispatch. This is an ongoing problem with this taxi company. Also they got this one dispatcher that when he talks you cant understand what he's saying half the time cause he sounds like he is intoxicated all the time. I ts hard to trust a company with ongoing issues thats not being resolved."

"Wish I could give them less. Have called them before needing to be somewhere at a prompt time and they arrive more than two hours later, making me extremely late for the appointment I’d had, and another time I called and had a taxi arrive in minutes so I could be to work on time. My workplace is a 10 minute drive from my home, but my driver took me all the way around town and I was to work more than 25 minutes later. The drivers won’t even pick up in certain parts of town and charge AT LEAST $30 EXTRA just to cross a county border. I do not trust this taxi service to take me anywhere."

"Wanted to leave a review since this was a special case. I had to take my cat to the vet to be put to sleep and the fair was fair (no pun intended) considering I had my cat in a carrier with me. Both drivers were good drivers and I appreciated their kindness. Thank y'all both!"
