"The employees are rude! We came in 5 mins after they opened and asked questions about the ingredients in one of the chocolate syrups. The chubby lady with gold dreads was rude, short & condescending with her response. The cashier acted like he didn't want to go read the ingredients after I told them the ingredients were on the back... again, the chubby lady with gold locks gave me a fake smile and said, "Oh no, I don't know all the ingredients." I am on a long road trip today & this is not how I want to start my day with two small children. If they aren't able to have simply respect for their customers why are they working at a coffee shop!"

"In a time when the restaurant industry's attention to customer service and overall experience is no longer paramount to their core values, THIS store hasn't forgotten the importance of greeting customers with a smile and a "we are here to make you happy" attitude. Managers, Kenya and Kishona, not only hustle from one task to another, they do it with small town spirit that the big towns left behind years ago. Cheers to the staff! "Stopped in this morning for some coffee, we are from Florida and we’re here camping near by! The staff were so kind and sweet, just genuinely nice which where we’re from is unheard of! And our food/ drinks were delicious! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!"

"I actively try to avoid Starbucks because their coffee always tastes burned and as a Yelper, we try to #EatLocal and drink #LocalCoffee. But dang it, Starbucks has become just so convenient lately and this is one of those times. It's 90+ degrees outside and I just can't work from the van when it's like this. This Starbucks is located not too far from the Interstate. I was able to find a good parking space and inside the store, it was lovely and air conditioned. A friendly crew made my drink - I have a new summer favorite - and with a reasonably comfortable seating area, I was here for about two hours for emails and Zoom calls. The store is a little bit loud but there are power outlets around and the wifi works really well. Thanks, Starbucks. I'll still try to drink local but when I can't, here we go."
