I was told that she'd went to Home Depot, was possibly heading home in Heard County and would not be coming back until the next day. The office was to close at 5. I wanted to get my belongings out of the vehicle so the insurance company could salvage it. The guy, with blue Bud Light can in hand, calls the office personnel and was told to take my information, including pictures of my driver's license and I was allowed to get my belongings."
