"I usually have a nice experience at this store, but unfortunately the young woman that was working today had a terrible attitude. She seemed very blase about her job which is fine. We can all have those days but I was confused as to what she needed me to do and she said don't worry, I got it in a very monotoned and rude voice. She does have dreads and she's a very petite woman. There was no greeting, hello or anything and she seem to be more concerned with texting on her phone than helping. I understand that people have hard days and everything but behaving like that in your place of work makes people not want to return or take their business elsewhere."

"Ask for Wendy, she will set you up for success! She was incredibly helpful and kind in getting my package returned to Amazon. I always have GREAT customer service at this UPS location and can’t recommend this location enough to those that live in Macon. I drive about 15 minutes extra just to go to this location! Really appreciate the speed in which returns get processed as well!"

"I didn't get the name of the employee who helped me, but she had dreads or some type of weave or braids pulled up in a scarf. She was very unprofessional and rude to me. When I told her what I needed, she gave me a hostile look and accused me of coming in with an attitude. She then told me to talk to the other staff. Another customer told me that they were giving the employee a hard time, which may explain her behavior towards me. I felt that no one should take their attitude out on me."
