"I'm a regular customer at this location and today was my last visit. I've been here over 15 times and I'm usually serviced by "Stephanie Norwood". She has the most nasty nice attitude that I've ever experienced. She talks over me every EVERY TIME I visit and if I'm lucky she won't even say hello. I've interacted with who I presume to be the owner on a few occasions and she seems to be a pleasant person, but unfortunately your employee has subpar customer service skills and always makes me feel as though I'm inconveniencing her. I'm not sure what she's being paid to be there, but you should save that money and let her find a better fit."
