"I had to return a borrowed vehicle and wanted to wash the recent snow storm off of it first, and these guys were still working despite the weather and how cold it was, their equipment t was even freezing, they asked me to wait while they closed the doors to let it warm up, I paid for a $20 wash, and went through in about 5 mins, it was actually my first time ever going through an automatic car wash so it was really funny. The car came out looking slick and clean for me to give it back to my buddy spotless, even though it already looks like it has been through the weather's hell again. Big thanks to these guys. Now that I have my original car back from the body shop, I'll be visiting again."

"Had to get my Yukon cleaned up after traveling thru several snow squalls in Western Maryland. Came out pretty good, but the wheel shine is not so well. Brought it back, and Jacob ran me through again. A young man with bright red hair explained he prime the wheel shine device and came out much better. Vacuum and drying area well maintained and clean. But some customers are rather rude by keeping their car doors open and not allowing other customers in the lane."

"I live 1 1/2 hours away, but I visit my son 4-6 times a month in St. Albans. I loved this car wash until today. I go through it at least twice a month. Today is my last time. I did get the $20 car wash. They lined me up and barely sprayed my vehicle off. I don’t believe the brush was used at all. I get finished going through the wash and turn to the vacuum's. I get out and check my truck and I can’t believe how bad it looked! So I decided to vacuume the front of my truck out. Before I went inside and told the guy that my truck was still dirty. He walked out side with me and I showed him everything. Well actually before he got close to my truck he said “Oh Wow! Did they not spray your truck off?” I told him barely. I asked if I could go through again. He asked if I purchased the ceramic package. I told him no, but I did just spend $20 dollars. He said there was nothing they would do if I didn’t purchase the ceramic and said that if I did I could through as many times as needed. He said if I wanted to go back through he would spray my truck. I said “and that would cost me $20 again”. He said unfortunately yes. I told him I would go to a self service and finish the job myself. Yes the receipt says All sales final, no refunds issued. Except I didn’t ask for a refund I asked if I could go back through since my truck wasn’t cleaned the first time. I wish I could of posted the video!"
