Fazoli's

"We like the food and the prices are good. We order here at least once a month. Today, however, I. Sat in the drive thru and watched/smelled an employee hot box a cigarette and throw it on the ground.. It's not a good look :( it really turned me off of eating here."

"The food is good my daughter loved the Spaghetti w marinara. They have plenty of options for our picky eaters BUT the service is the gamble sometimes they're good and friendly sometimes they're not. They do have a great reward system on the app !"

"I believe I was served by a lady named Audry? That's what I overheard her name was. Her finger touched my food and when I confronted her, she denied it. Not to mention... I saw mold on my breadsticks??? This restaurant looked dirty and I noticed their health inspection grade on the wall... Yikes. But the young lady at the register was welcoming, I couldn't catch her name I believe it started with a J. She's the only good thing I noticed during my visit here. Fazoli's is going downhill. Not coming back at least for a while."

"My wife and I went here for lunch and it wasn't bad. I got the sampler and my wife got the club, she said her sub was good and that she liked it. I found the spaghetti to be a bit bland, the alfredo was decent, the lasagna was pretty good and the raviolis were good. We got a slice of pizza as a side and it wasn't good, it tasted like frozen pizza to us. Overall it's really not bad for a quick Italian option, ill definitely come back for that lasagna tho."

"I generally like Fazolis alot, but honestly, I don't know if its just their policy or if the cooks are just being lazy, but why are the noodles so naked? There is no sauce anywhere except on top. Why would I want these dry noodles? This is what $15 looks like?"
