"Had car towed on here bc I had did business when it was Garvers, did not know someone else had bought them out until I went by after work. My car needed a transmission. Insurance needed estimate and that's when the problems started. 3 guys worked there and no one knew how to fax to insurance company so estimated just sit there. Insurance sent forms to be completed and needed up Rhuls only could e mail but needed help with that. What turned into a days work turned into over a month. These ppl the owner was very unprofessional. I would call them and Insurance company daily. The owner lied so many times. When I paid him 3 days b4 Christmas he told me it would be her from California in 3 days, Insurance was told it was coming from AAA and when I confronted him again he said auto zone. The owner then call me to say transmission had to be programmed to my car and wanted me to pay, I said no. He tried 3 times to get money from me after insurance had paid him almost $8, 000. I'm going to make this short. I will never take nor recommend anyone to use him. Over a month I called and told him my son was coming to pick up my car. Owner started yelling and hollowering say I thought they was trying to cheat me which he was trying to get extra.money. That's not my problem you have no equipment to go the job. He had the nastiest attitude but he had the wring customer bc I told him just what I thought of his business. They will never touch my car again. Very unppression and dint know what they are doing unless it's simple. Bad company to deal with. S.young Columbus Ga."
