"This business is a godsend. My car is currently here, and when I say the communication is on point. I needed a motor, and they found me one for a great price. Not only that, the mechanic that works there is installing it for me. But what I really love is the mechanic took the time to look over my car to make sure that when he installed the motor, there was nothing that was going to hinder it from working. My car will ne ready soon an it's only been 2 weeks. Wish I would've found them sooner. I recommend all day every day!"
"Today, I was physically assaulted by the owner of Faulks Auto Parts and Towing. I went to pick up my vehicle after it had been towed, and upon inspection, I noticed that it had damages and warning lights on the dash. The vehicle was in excellent condition prior to being towed. When I asked about the damages, the owner used vulgar language and told me to leave. The situation escalated, and the owner pushed me to the floor. I have taken the necessary steps to file a police report and am deeply concerned about the damages to my vehicle. I have every right to be upset about the situation."
