"They do refund if ur not happy I had a different company come in and found the problem on my heatpump it was a instalation error from weatherization I did not have them to preform the procedure so not there fault I was tight on money and hvac gets expensive the coolant in my heat pump is fazzing out so technology is getting better and better its 8 degrees out and works fine so check out heat pumps next big thing thank you again dodrill"
