"Brad, the manager spoke with me on the phone, said they had a part in stock. I verified with him that it was a proprietary part and he said yes, they have it. I drive 45 minutes there and the lady behind the counter (who was excellent) pulls it up, states it's a specialty item and goes into detail about how to order it. Brad walks in, realizes he's made an error, throwing the blame to me with absolute lies about our conversation. The street clothes he was wearing were fitting for his level of competency. I love O'reillys and have used them for years, but I definitely won't be back to this branch."
