"We recently had to get the Differential replaced on my 2008 BMW 335i, because it was making a rolling noise when driving. After we paid almost $800. Got the car, and its still making the noise. I don't know if they forgot to replace the part, or the part they got wasn't good, or even if the Differential wasn't bad at all and we wasted almost $800. I would like to bring if back, and explain that the sound is still there, but I've been without the car for several weeks due to the complications between the Extended Warranty company and the dealer. I hope one day I can find this problem myself and fix it, because I'm in no position to spend several hundred dollars right now."

"I took my 2012 BMW 528i to Rock Buster after trying to troubleshoot a bad misfire. Before I did this, I sent it to a so called BMW expert shop in Columbus. They sent my car back after not diagnosing the issue with no clue as to what was wrong with the car. Within a day of dropping the car off, Mickey found out that the number 4 injector was stuck open causing the misfire. He replaced the injector and programmed it that day. This is the only place I will take my bimmer to in the future. Definitely knows his stuff and I would recommend this business to anyone that has a late model BMW. DEFINITELY WORTH THE TIME AND MONEY!!!"
