"This place is a scam! I had my vehicle towed to them on March 28, 2023 because my vehicle wouldn’t crank/start. I just received my vehicle back (Friday) May 5, 2023 and my vehicle will not crank/start. The tow man from 316 towing couldn’t even crank my vehicle to let it down off the truck. The mechanic who initially worked on my vehicle (Christian) was fired and/or departed ways with renew automotives due to him messing up people vehicles and not doing his job correctly. That was told to me by (Richard) the new owner/manager. Instead of Richard taking accountability (not for Christian’s mistakes) but for the Renew company he just made up excuses basically. If you knew newer model vehicles drain the juice out the battery (if the vehicle was not being driven) why not contact me and say “hey we think you need a new battery”. Why knowingly give me back my vehicle KNOWING it has a battery problem that could’ve been fixed while you were servicing it??? Richard knew I was telling the truth and felt that I was personally attacking/blaming him. His response was he let my vehicle sit up there for (38 days and did not charge me for storage) when at the time Christian was supposedly the owner/manager and if he wanted to charge me he could have. I spent $1039.89 to have my vehicle serviced and instead of fully repairing my vehicle, they partially repaired and now I have to go through my bank for a refund. I also have to get my vehicle serviced else where. He admitted he had to jump start my vehicle (meaning it would not crank on it’s on without a secondary tool) the day it was picked up by the towing company. The fact NO ONE told me anything about a battery problem until after my vehicle is now 300 miles away is ridiculous! Richard for some reason can’t seem to understand that’s not the correct way to do business."
