"I won't go back here after leaving with a massive oil leak after an oil change. You have to replace the o ring on the canister style oil filters. They didn't. I caught it early enough and they fixed. But, trust is lost. I contacted their support to hear from a manager etc and got nothing. Do no trust."

"Every time I call I wait over 30 minutes to the voicemail comes and tell me they'll give me a callback and IT NEVER HAPPENS. Not once have I ever gotten a callback from them and my car has been in the dealership for over a month. It's like they forget they're supposed to be fixing your car when you do Uber there for a status update you could have gotten from a simple callback. Worst place ive ever been services at"

"If you value good customer service, do not take your vehicle to this Kia service center. Customer service is horrible, timing is awful, all you’re going to get is excuses. My daughter showed up to see why her engine light was on, had an 8:30 AM appointment, and was told it would take three hours for a diagnostic run on her car. I spoke to two employees there, rude, and gave me nothing but excuses as to why her appointment could not be honored. One young man had the audacity to say that there were cars ahead of her. Ridiculous, then don’t give that appointment time if you can’t service the car within the hour. Horrible place. They seem to think because their customer base is largely minorities they can treat you any kind of way. We are taking our business elsewhere. Avoid this place at all cost!"
